Starting with just a coolbox, a steamer in a car park in East London

Fresh out of university, family trio, Shing, his partner Erchen Chang and sister Wai Ting, started as streetfood where they built everything from scratch, sewed the aprons, constructed the stall. Eventually opening a mini shack in a car park in East London

Opened the first BAO restaurant in Soho, a small intimate 30 seater, on Lexington Street, to massive acclaim, gathering a cult following.
