A dressing that makes you feel sour-sweet. An infusion of Ching Kiang vinegar, garlic, green chilli, rounded off with nutty sesame oil and a hint of sweetness.
Inspired by the tang and sweetness of the classic tiger salad. Give your hardy salad leaves a good massage with the dressing for a 100% flavour absorption. Any type of dumplings or wontons will happily soak in this dressing. When you feel like jazzing it up, you can mix the dressing with chilli oil, diced onion or spring onions and herbs like coriander. Can also be drunk in small amounts. An ideal dumpling chaser.
